I started this book back in October when I attended the Solution Tree “Leaders in a PLC at Work” conference, but stopped to finish writing my dissertation. I had a chance to meet and attend sessions with Jeanne Spiller and knew this book was a must read! I read the first three chapters over spring break and it was very insightful.
