This year we focused on professional learning communities with our campus and district leadership teams. We also focused on the powerful practice of reflection, the essential role of feedback in leadership, and turning feedback into visible action steps.

As we reflect on this year, we consider the intentional time we’ve spent deepening our leadership practices with PLCs. These questions were developed to help us reflect on our successes and challenges. The focus is on next steps as we plan the next academic school year.
