One of the most rewarding parts of completing dissertation research is seeing the work come to life beyond the pages. Recently, I had the privilege of watching key findings from my study on leadership development actively shape our aspiring principals program in my current district.
What stood out most was how intentional design—rooted in research—can accelerate growth for future leaders. The same themes I studied in depth are now guiding practice: building capacity, fostering reflection, and equipping leaders with the skills needed to serve their schools with vision and impact. It’s powerful to witness research moving from theory → practice → transformation. Leadership pipelines matter.
