Great leadership never stops learning. This semester, I dedicated part of my Academic Executive Director team meeting time to professional learning. They truly model what it means to grow together. Their willingness to engage in meaningful learning, challenge ideas, and support one another is what strong leadership looks like in action. This “invitation” to learn was meaningful time for us to truly understand the meaningful and challenging work of the campus principal and reframe our thinking around campus systems, district systems, and overall support.
