Planning an Intentional Leadership Launch with Principals

Back to school professional learning with principals is a valueable time. They are in the midst of finalizing hiring, preparing for the new year, and planning their own campus professional learning sessions and back to school events. Designing learning for principals should be intententional and prioritize your leadership and instructional priorities for the year. One way to design learning is to design a “playbook” alongside your professional learning activities. A playbook serves as a participant guide for processing learning, note taking, and modeling best practices. It also houses all of the important resources for the day so principal can refer back to them at any time! The example below was created using Google Slides (in portrait view).
